How can I cancel my next order in my subscription?

Skincare and Hair Loss:
Simply log into your account and select "Subscriptions" from the top banner to manage your subscription preferences. You have the flexibility to reschedule, change the frequency, cancel or update your payment method of your subscriptions according to your needs.

To ensure smooth processing, please keep in mind that any modifications must be made at least 48 hours (2 days) before your order is processed. After this timeframe, we are unable to make changes to your order.

Important: If you decide to cancel a subscription that includes a prescription-grade product, this may lead to the termination of any ongoing refills and the remaining months of your one-year relationship with your provider on the Qyral platform. Additionally, please be aware that future orders for prescription-grade products may require an additional doctor fee.

Weight Management:

To cancel a Weight Management subscription, simply log into your account and select "Subscriptions" from the top banner to manage your subscription preferences. Please note, you can cancel your subscription, but rescheduling or changing the frequency is not available for Weight Management orders.


Important: Should you choose to not cancel your subscription before the next billing date, you will be charged as scheduled. No refunds will be issued, but you may be eligible for a Qyral gift card. Please note that customers who wish to return to the Weight Management Program after canceling will have to start at Tier 1 and complete an assessment to re-establish their personalized treatment plan.


Weight Management subscriptions are a 12-week commitment. Cancelling prior to the end of the total subscription period ends does not void the 12-week contract.
