Skincare Orders:
To cancel a skincare order, simply log into your account and select "Subscriptions" from the top banner to manage your subscription preferences. You have the flexibility to reschedule, change the frequency, cancel or update your payment method of your subscriptions according to your needs.
To ensure smooth processing, please keep in mind that any modifications must be made at least 48 hours (2 days) before your order is processed. After this timeframe, we are unable to make changes to your order.
Important: If you decide to cancel a subscription that includes a prescription-grade product, it's crucial to note that this action may lead to the termination of any ongoing refills and the remaining months of your one-year relationship with your Qyral healthcare provider. Additionally, please be aware that future orders for prescription-grade products may require an additional doctor fee.
Weight Management Orders:
To cancel, please email us at care@qyral.com. Please note that if you are currently within the three-month payment term, your cancellation will take effect once all three payments have been collected.
