Non-Rx skincare orders placed before 12 PM PST are shipped within 2 business days. Rx skincare orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Once shipped, most packages arrive within 2 to 7 business days. Please note that Rx and non-Rx products are shipped separately and may arrive at different times.

Weight Management:
After placing a weight management order, it undergoes a review process. You can expect to be contacted within 24-48 hours for the final review and approval of your prescription. Our pharmacies are currently experiencing a processing time of 10-15 days.
