After each 3-month period, you will be assessed by a licensed provider to determine whether your current dosage should be maintained or adjusted. In the event that a change in your dosage is recommended by a licensed provider, you will be moved to the appropriate tier, resulting in an adjustment to your subscription price. Additionally by agreeing to continue, you are committing to another 3-month subscription period.
