What photos do I need to upload?

When uploading photos required for skincare products, you will need to upload photos of your face from the front, left, and right. We recommend using clear and well-lit images, preferably taken in natural daylight or bright indoor lighting. Ensure that your photo captures your entire face and is make-up free and filter-free.

Hair Loss:
When uploading photos required for hair loss medications, you will need to provide a photo of your face from the front, as well as the top of your head.

Weight Management:
For the Qyral Weight Management Program, ensure that your photo is a recent, full-body picture of yourself. In the photo, make sure you are fully clothed and that there are no other individuals present.

Additionally, as part of our ongoing commitment to providing personalized care, we conduct reassessments every 12 weeks. During this reassessment, your provider will require a recent photo of yourself and request that you either include a sign indicating the number of months you have been on the medication or simply show the corresponding number of fingers raised. This helps us accurately evaluate your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan.
